Lori Kalner's Words of Warning and Hope

I am a reader of the Thoene's books, and I cannot tell you how much I see exactly what was going on in Germany happening today, in our world, for a large portion of my life. I began reading Bodie's books when she only had published two or three of them, and I could hardly wait for each to come out since then. MUCH research went into her books by Brock, her husband, who is the historian. Lori Kalner was one of the main characters in her Zion Covenant series. Lori has written other letters for their blog, as has 'Tikvah', the real life daughter of another a couple killed in Israel and raised by 'Moshe and Rachel Sachar'. 'Tikvah' is a real person, as is Lori Kalner.

Even if you do NOT want to 'hear' this message, it must be remembered that Lori LIVED IN GERMANY WHEN IT ALL BEGAN as Hitler came to power.... and as she says, she LIVED IT. She is warning us, as she has before....

All BOLD font below has been done by me, WI Catholic..... to read it ONLINE, go here.

God bless!

Words of Warning and Hope
by
Lori Kalner

Dear Friends,

It becomes more difficult for me to write to you these days with a difficult time of dialysis as diabetes advances. Now I must write at least this one last time. Bodie and Brock are gracious and let my voice of warning be heard.

I was a young girl in Germany and lived through difficult times. We have since then had a wonderful life. The world, as difficult as it has been, at least for many years remembered what happened politically in Germany with the Depression in the 1930s. You remember how it began and thus progressed with the horrors of war which followed.

The battle was at the beginning a Spiritual battle.

You have read some parts of my story in the Zion Covenant, from growing up in Germany in the days when evil men prevailed and TRUTH was turned upside down. White became black through a barrage of propaganda and constant repetition of lies against those who spoke the truth.

Here is my warning to all: Perhaps it will be my last warning. (I wake up each day surprised that I am still here and not in heaven with those who wait for me!)

America and the whole world hangs in the balance now. I believe that America will stand or fall depending on who is elected President this year.
Good Americans, like the good Germans of my youth, may think that the issues of their nation center around the economy. I tell you now that the fate of the greatest nation on earth does not depend on money.
Every issue must only be judged worthy and true by the Word of God. Prosperity comes to a nation and a people who serves the Lord first. That is a basic spiritual principle which is seen in every book of Holy Scripture.
"If My people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

This is where the healing of America begins: Friend, you must begin with examination of your own life first and the confession of your sins.
Then pray for your nation. Ask yourself now: who supports the rights of the unborn babies and also of those who are handicapped?

History tells us why this is critical:

In the Germany of my childhood, everyone worried about the economy. Paying bills. Buying bread. Money! And there were 1 million abortions in the year before Hitler came to power. (A drop in the bucket compared to America.) The excuse given for the murder of unborn babies was that economic times were hard. How could a family feed another mouth?

There followed the legalized forced sterilization of parents who had a handicapped child or who were judged "racially impure."

Next came the legalized euthanasia of those who were handicapped. (An example of who would be killed is the Downs Syndrome child of Sarah Palin. He would have been killed immediately at birth.)

Do we not see such choices carried out with tiny babies being strangled or left to die by abortionists today? Evil advances forward in America by law! This is done with the support of men and women in office who have sold their souls for power.

In those days in Germany all, who were, as I am now, elderly or ill, were gassed. These were all called "useless eaters."

Christians and Jews who spoke out against this evil were labeled as radical "religious fanatics." A campaign of false accusation, slander and persecution began, targeting people of faith. It was "unpopular" to speak the TRUTH. (Were these persecuted Christians people like you?) Many were jailed and eventually killed. Some escaped with only their lives.

Finally, by millions, Jews were hunted, imprisoned and killed. You know all this from the Zion Covenant books. I lived it.

Now, today, I hear the words and know the deeds of this Barack Obama and I know that he is a "gifted," convincing, fellow. He is telling you how bad you have it and saying to Americans he is their messiah and the answer to all problems.

The propaganda machine loves Obama. The power of the media is much greater than in my childhood; a frightening thought.

But here is TRUTH: of all men in the US government this Obama has most strongly encouraged and urged the on-going slaughter of the unborn…"the useless mouths" of America. This slaughter is performed in the name of "A woman's reproductive rights."

In the land of my birth, the Holocaust all began with the first step of legalized abortion. Abortion was ENCOURAGED by a downturn in the world economics.

Scripture teaches us the survival of a nation is not about the economy. The only nation which will stand is the nation which follows the Lord and the true teachings of scripture.
I warn you, my dear American friends, with love in my heart and with my last breaths that no man or woman, Protestant or Catholic, can remain in God's favor or blessing if they vote for this Obama. This is a man who voted four times to leave tiny babies who survived abortions to die!

I know many devout American Catholics in my life and many who have never voted for the Republicans because of tradition. Now I say that you who are Catholic must not follow after this man Obama who is gifted in his words but NOT speaking the TRUE WORDS OF OUR LORD OR THE CHURCH!

You cannot be a true Catholic Christian and vote for Obama. To vote for him is to vote for continued infanticide. To Protestant Christians, I say, you are not a Christian if you support the slaughter of the unborn!

Christianity and abortion are spiritually impossible companions.
Protestants and Catholics MUST UNITE in this battle. The victory must be overwhelming!
Do you feel you cannot vote for Mr. McCain and Mrs. Palin, who are for the LIFE of the unborn and handicapped? If you cannot support these leaders, then for the sake of your soul, I, who have seen the spiritual destruction of many good people, Protestants and Catholics, urge you NOT TO VOTE for Obama or anyone who does not support protection of LIFE!

For all those American politicians who have the chance to change the course toward destruction, I who have been witness to national and worldwide tragedy, urge you protect those in your society who are the most helpless. Publicly deny your support of Obama. According to 2 Chronicles 7:14 you must turn your life around for the sake of your soul and your country!

To those politicians who use "FAITH" to get votes while they follow the path of destruction, I must speak this warning: "God will not be mocked."

If you, Christian, can vote, and if you can encourage others to vote, then you must VOTE FOR LIFE.
In the judgment of heaven, there is no other choice but LIFE and protection of the innocent for a Christian.

I am thankful to Bodie and Brock for letting me be heard once more. They agree with history and with the Truth of scripture. Most of my generation is gone now. You who are taking control of the world have a fight ahead of you as the memory of our peril dims. I have heard and listened closely to the voices of Sarah Palin and John McCain, and my spirit bears witness that they speak truth and are the true Hope-Bearers of your generation. Sarah is a true Deborah. Pray for her and her family and also for John McCain. You must all remember what happened to us and not repeat the same mistake of apathy.

If I cannot write to you again I pray we will meet in heaven and you will tell me I helped you encourage others to do the right thing for the sake of your soul and for the nation.

God bless you,
Lori Kalner

What about the value of the poor who suffer in this country and around the world? Are they less valuable than the fetus in the uterus? You need to read more from the gospels about what Jesus said. The poor are live people that need to be cared for.

LIVE PEOPLE INCLUDE the pre-born!!! You think that the babies are not living? You think that they don't have any worth just because you cannot SEE them?

From the instant of conception, that person is a totally unique individual with the same worth as you have! Its own DNA, its own heartbeat, its own blood type, UNIQUE from any other person in the history of the world!

Catholics (and others) have forever found ways to help the poor people in this country and around the world. Hospitals and schools were started by Catholic nuns. Mother Teresa is only ONE example of hands on caring for the poor of the world.

Fr Solanus Casey and others here in the US have soup kitchens and food pantries all over the US. The Salvation Army has financial aid, food banks, AND meals for those in need (and I have had to use their services myself in the past!).

I am really tired of your argument. It is made without even looking into what people who believe that life is of value from conception to natural death have been doing all along.

One of the ways to get people out of poverty is to EDUCATE them. That is a way to get OFF of the gov't dole that keeps people IN poverty.

Another way is giving direct aid to those in poverty, and you again are speaking to the wrong person, as I have put my money where my mouth is MANY times, including paying my own flights, buying my own dental supplies, purchasing gas and oil for generator in order to have the needed electric power for our handpieces, air, and suction to run the dental equipment. Over a period of several years, twice a year, in four days, we did sealants, dental checks, flouride treatments, and prophys, fillings, and extractions on two orphanages with more than fifty girls PLUS many of the nuns, teachers, and other helpers.

I personally spent time finding a man in the Dominican Republic who had the DENTAL EQUIPMENT and the knowledge/ability to help me.

I found him online, and I made the arrangements with the help of my friend who is now living in the DR, working for a Bishop there, helping to build and furnish a seminary, teaching the seminarians to speak English as a second language, doing grant work to find funding for schools, homes for the severely handicapped, and many other things, INCLUDING a YEARLY Dental Clinic with Dentists and Students from the University of Buffalo Dental School.

She has found surgical assistance for several children that could not get it in their own country, done GRATIS by our MD's here or in the DR, and raised funds to help pay the air fare to get those kids to where they need to be in order to get that treatment.

She does that for LITTLE reimbursement, other than to pay her transportation costs for doing the work.

My final word is...when YOU were in your mother's womb, YOU were just as much a living human being as any born person on the face of the earth at any time since the creation of man.

You are the same INDIVIDUAL now, today, that you were then, only in a different stage of development.

You are not the same today as you will be in ten years, in twenty, or possibly in forty. Your body will continue to change.

But YOU are YOU. Unique. Special. JUST AS MUCH AS MY YOUNGEST GRANDCHILD WHO WILL BE BORN IN JANUARY, 2009!! I am the SAME person I was on the day I was conceived, at the age of almost (choke) sixty, and God grant it, as I will be at age 80.

Those babies, though not yet completed in ONE process of their development, will continue to grow and develop for as long as they are allowed to live... into toddlers, young children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, and on, until they are called home by the Lord in His time.

They are very much 'LIVE PEOPLE'.

God bless!

The only problem with comparing Hitler to Obama, besides the obvious fact that the historical situations are not the same, is that Hitler is not the best example of supreme evil in the world. Even combined with the murders of Japan Hitler "only" slaughtered about 27 million people, and I say only not to be facetious but when you compare it to the murders of our allies at the time (Stalin and Chiang Kai-Shek) they come to just over 55 million deaths. (From our good friends the Russians and the Chinese!) Who was the bad guy?

This is also a story of someone who was personally misled by the Hitler politics of the time so I find it ironic that she would be heaping the same criticism of a man like Hitler on to a man that nobody really knows, and a politician trying to get elected at that. She mentions that (if Evil Obama Comes To Power) we will lose our Religious Freedom, but if you read down a mere 4 paragraphs she concedes that there is no religious freedom at all in the schools, so what exactly is the point?

Obama may be the best or worst thing to happen to America, but we do not know yet, and we cannot say at this time. The fact that he leans to left and has no problem murdering unwanted babies should be no more a problem than the fact that the right wing is in full support of murdering innocent babies and their entire families with them all over the world (for the next 100 years according to Mr. McCain) so that we can be comfortable in our SUV's and argue over which country club church should buy the biggest helicopters. Our nation has more wrong with it than who is about to be elected, and I feel sorry for whoever it is because they are going to have a hard time. It is up to us to be actually informed about our candidates, not believe whatever their opponents say.

Nowhere in all the talking against Obama is there a McCain endorsement which is telling. If this is in support of McCain then why not say so? If this is just fear mongering because someone heard from someone then it is the same fear that was used by Hitler (and the republicrats and the demopublicans) and this kind of one sided "warning" really has no business being passed around as some sort of christian truth.

"Trust God, but row away from the rocks"

P.S. This all comes from Catholics, so what exactly is your stance on the vatican's platform of non-involvement during the holocaust? They certainly did not stand up for the Jews then...

BaliJohn,

You have so many red herrings here, all designed to also water down Lori's message. None of them diminish in anyway what she is saying.

Lori did not live under any other evil ruler. Lori lived under Hitler, and watched the propaganda that brought him and his regime into power.

What happened in Japan has no relationship to what happened in Germany and Europe, so to attempt to combine the two just muddies the waters. Hitler did not have anything to do with Stalin, or any of the other despots, either. He WAS related to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who took his beliefs back to the Middle East with him and taught others.

Obviously you do NOT know Lori's story, as she was NOT misled, nor was her family misled by Hitler. Her family did not for one minute buy into his agenda.

What would be the point of speaking out to warn people AFTER the election??

Religious freedom here in the US has been eroding. Lori refers to that fact. But we still have religious rights, that are slowly being lost more and more. We lost the right to pray in schools when I was a child, and over the years, also lost the right to read/study the Bible, BUT in California, not so very long ago, classes were given on the Islamic Faith that would have been national headlines had it been a Christian class. Do you really think that we don't have MORE to lose?

Your comment about the right is a HUGE red herring, as it is based on a statement that is NOT what McCain said. We are STILL in Germany. We are STILL in Japan. We are not at war in either place. We have NOT been killing millions of unborn babies and their families in Iraq, either. Herring.

Accurately informed... Can you answer Howard Stern's guy Sal's questions? Can you answer LORI's questions?

By the way..."Accurately informed"... ? Your PS is hilarious. "THIS ALL"... what is 'this all'?
Lori's letter? The Thoene's blog?

I think I am the only Catholic here.

As for the platform of non-involvement of the Vatican during the Holocaust---you are quite mistaken. To come to THIS blog and make that statement was really a cause of a bit of a chuckle for me. Search Pius XII, Sister Margherita Marchione, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, etc. Read Rabbi David Dalin. Check out Gary Krupp and the Pave the Way Foundation.

Read what Albert Einstein, Golda Meir, and others said about him AT THE TIME...

If you are the archetype of a Catholic, I really don't want to be one. You have no right to tell me who I should vote for. In fact, I wasted my time coming to this site. It reminds me of the idea that as long as you use a sword in the shape of a cross, it's okay to kill your enemies. In the end, God's Will shall prevail, whether you want it or not. Obviously, you don't have a lot of faith in that. I recommend a change......
Change, we need.

You have no idea of what God's will is for this election. Man has free will. God would not want nearly 50 million of His Children murdered by man's 'legal' abortion. He would not want half of the marriages to end in divorce. But Mankind has free will, and often does what is NOT God's Will.

It is precisely why He sent His Prophets to warn people to turn back.

I have not told you who you should vote for. I have only given a perspective that you don't like to hear.

Not all change is good. God bless!

I am not sure if it is worth continuing this conversation but I will give it a shot!

You are correct, I do not know Lori's story I just know what I read and that is all I was responding to, and I am not trying to diminish any of the sufferings of the largest and most widespread war we have ever seen. I am trying to understand how it relates to today and what we can learn from the mistakes of that time, incidentally having done quite a bit of WWII research which may be why this e-mail struck me in a strange way.

The oppression of Hitler's Germany does not equal "Obama is evil". (I did not bring up the political clowns, she did when she said not to vote for Obama.) Yes we are still in Germany, Japan, Iraq, Afghanistan, all over South America, and anywhere else we can get our hands on the oil. My point in any case is that we should not be there. We are not the world's policemen and we should not try to be, especially in countries that do not want us there like oh say Iraq and Iran...

It is quite possible to be neutral and stay out of wars, manage our own country well enough that no one would challenge us and remain peaceful. But for some reason we would rather send our children to die overseas. I don't really see how tying together events can be called red herrings, but please explain to me how Hitler was "not involved at all" with Stalin?

P.S. Glad you got a good laugh because "this all" merely meant "this e-mail that I just read".

The "good laugh" as you called it came from your PS. Thoenes are not, as far as I know, Catholic. Nor is Lori Kalner. I am. And I have, in the past, put many things here about Pius XII, including those I have listed for you to read/search out. Had you not added that PS, there would have been nothing funny about your comment. Your PS was a swipe at Catholics and Pius XII.

I also have done a lot of research on WWII, John.

I also do not think that we need to be involved in everything that goes on in the world, including Clinton's sending out troops to Macedonia under the UN flag, and under leadership of someone other than a US leader. (I believe that the head of that one was from Finland, but cannot say for certain without a google search at the moment).

I feel the same regardless of which party is in power at the time of those 'peace-keeping missions'. Our troops should ONLY serve under our flag, and our leadership. It is to the US, not the UN that our troops have sworn an oath of allegiance. It is to the US, not the UN, that I swear allegiance as well.

I think especially of Colonel Rich Higgins who was kidnapped and captured under the Blue Beret of the UN while serving in the Middle East, and not considered a POW as a result.

I think of our men in Somalia, and what happened to them.

I do not agree completely that our actions in other countries are ALL oil related, but with the amount of warning we have had about our dependence on other countries for it as far back as Carter, there is no reason why we are not drilling OUR oil and Natural Gas, and using Nuclear, Wind, etc by now, either.

The propaganda used to bring Hitler to power is the comparison. It took longer here, but it is being used to label 'right wing fanatics' as an enemy, including especially those areas related to Life Issues, but not limited to them. We listened to Hillary spout it during Bill's campaign, and Presidency, as an example.

Who, exactly, are 'right wing fanatics' ? Practicing Catholics, Christians, Jews, atheists, Muslims, and any others who advocate life from Conception to Natural death, Marriage between one man-one woman, stem cell research that does NOT involve embryos/cloning of human beings, and those who advocate for the Second Amendment. SOME would include those who are also against unilateral, forced, 'no fault' divorce with no due process for the respondent.

Obama has already shown via his repeated votes against the Illinois laws that protected babies born alive after abortion (like Gianna Jessen) that he is the most liberal on that front.

Economics is the issue being pushed right now, just as it was pre-Hitler. (It was also pushed in the Bill Clinton campaign)

There are things more important than oil OR economics. That is what Lori is warning us about..

I was reading through the postings on this page and felt compelled to respond with my own view on things. A prewarn: These are my personal feelings and thoughts. They have no research or background other than what I feel and what I have gleened from my study of the gospel.

It causes me great grief to see the hurt and struggle some of the younger posters have in regards to what is being blogged on this site. I know and understand their confusion.

I am 30. I have grown up in a time where we are supposed to care for everyone, accept everyone, keep our eyes down, don't speak out against others ("I say to you, you are to turn and give him the other cheek")... It's very difficult when you are finally "of age" and considered to have a voice where to begin.

Yes, we are in an economic crisis currently. Yes, people are needlessly killing unborn children everyday. Yes, we as a nation seem to be getting more invovled than we should in world affairs. Yes, we are too relient on other countries for our sources of energy among other things. Isn't most of this of our own making because of the choices of governers (senate, house, president, courts) we have placed in positions of power?

How can we be sure once we choose someone they will stand behind what they promised on the campaign platform?

This is one of the points I believe Lori was trying to illustrate in her letter to us. No one knew the atrocities that would be committed when they were casting their vote for chancellor of Germany. No one will know what new "horrors" will arise from the next presidential term. For some, there might be things instilled into law that will be welcome. While for others, these new laws will be considered catastrophes. It's all a difference in perspective.

Jesus has called us to "Love your neighbor as you would love yourself." He has said "Love is the fullfillment of every law." I bring this up to emphasize this point: What is happening in our nation today is not an economic thing. It is not an energy thing. It is not a political thing. It is a love thing.

If we loved one another as much as we loved ourselves, would it matter that some had while others didn't? Those that had would give with a loving heart to those who did not have... if we truly loved one another. If possessions truly did not matter to us, we wouldn't care about what happened on "Dancing With the Stars" because we had been over at a shut-in's house playing cards or fixing him/her dinner.

This love extends to unborn children. "I knew you even when you were being knitted together in your mother's womb." I have one child. I can tell you, after that 8th week, you know there is life in you. You, as a mother, make sure you eat EVERY time you're hungry to care for that person you are carrying. There were times I would stop what I was doing because I felt Braxton-Hicks contractions. I did this because I felt as much, or more, love for that unborn baby as I did for what I was doing for myself. There were times I would have to stop in the middle of cleaning or working.

Why am I ranting on about love? I feel that the generation I grew up in was shown a great lack of love. We didn't learn love from our parents. We learned tolerance. I learned that I wasn't as important to my mother as the person she was talking to on the phone. I learned my dad couldn't come to my concerts because someone else needed him to substitute for him/her so that person could go to his/her child's concert.

What I've learned about love as an adult has come from the church. It has come from Sunday School and church teachings. I didn't learn much of that growing up. I learned instead that everyone's feelings mattered but mine. Some of my generation have used this as an excuse to "lash-out" and be angry and bitter.

I feel a lot of the grief, anger, and hurt we feel is from a lack of true Christian teaching in the home. "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." If we all did, think how much better things would be.

what a shame... people call McCain prolife yet he has conditions. this is prochoice at best.he wants to move the abortion issue to the states...this is an abortion at best. Obama is a christian and should be treated as such He has done more for communities than most so called christians... I have recieved emails from christians and churches telling me who to vote for of course all have been for McCain all have half truths slandering and out and out lies. I have been told by christians when i questioned them about the issues that to vote for the lessor of two evils to vote for McCain because he is prolife.I am sorry to tell you people but when you pass on untrue ans slander and lies or twisted or even instill fear in others you are in gross sin. but then again i guess its ok to justify your behavior and sins, the christian community is no longer distinguisable from the world.and you will distroy yourselves It might be a good time to read the book of AMOS.

Because a man sits in a Church does not mean he is Christian. Because someone speaks words of "change" does not mean it is good change. Obama is a man of many words, but they are not necessarily Truth.

Have you ever spoken to a survivor of the Holocaust? I have. I take their word when they see things happening that remind them of a time that they have lived. Lori Kalner is not the only one to see this. But her words have made it around the world, as a warning.

I have looked through Amos, and I see nothing that speaks to this situation as much as I do in the words of those in Ezekiel, which I think YOU should read.

Ezekiel 3:
17: "Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me.

18: If I say to the wicked, `You shall surely die,' and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

19: But if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, or from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you will have saved your life.

20: Again, if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die; because you have not warned him, he shall die for his sin, and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand.

21: Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man not to sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning; and you will have saved your life."

Roe v Wade is bad law, as is Doe v Bolton, and should never have been granted by the US Supreme Court. They created Law, which is not in line with the Constitutional duty of the Judicial arm of our gov't. State's rights are supposed to be important in our gov't, and the Federal gov't is supposed to be limited.

Life is the most precious gift from God that we have, from CONCEPTION to NATURAL DEATH. Obama is the most pro-abortion candidate that we have ever had. To choose a pro-abort candidate over any pro-life candidate is GRAVE SIN. Obama voted against the Born Alive legislation many times--the very legislation that would save more babies like Gianna Jessen. Obama stated that he does not want his daughters 'punished' by a 'mistake'.... I have two daughters whose mothers KNEW that their 'mistake' had the right to life, and chose to allow me to raise them as my own when they could not--through adoption. A baby is never a punishment. Children are a blessing, according to God. And he also voted against the Partial Birth Abortion Ban! Do I need to go into detail about the form of abortion that is?

A Christian should NEVER opt for a candidate that is pro-abort. However, for certain, a Christian should opt for the candidate that will do the LEAST HARM in that area! LEAST HARM... Obama has promised to enact the FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT (FOCA) as soon as he is President and it crosses his desk. Do you have any idea what the FOCA will do?

It will take away EVERY law that has been passed to this date that protects our children (Parental Consent Act included) with one stroke of his pen. It will jeopardize Catholic/Christian MD's and Nurses, Pharmacists, Hospitals, etc. I suggest you research it.

Even a candidate with 'condition' is more pro-LIFE than is Obama!

Saying he is Christian does not mean he IS Christian. Sitting in a church where the pastor DAMNS America after 9/11 does not make one a Christian, either. That type of Christianity is not anything other than Liberation Theology... and you need to research that one, as well. Black Liberation Theology and also what was taught in the Southern Hemisphere both come from the same source. It isn't Christian.

I again refer you to the words of Ezekiel.
Ezekiel 3:17:

"Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me:"

Lori Kalner is, IMHO, that Watchman for our times. Go back and read the rest of those verses.

God bless!

I too grew up in Germany and I find it incomprehensible that Ms. Kalner could compare Hitler to Obama. Too long the conservative right in America has been spreading fear and hatred. It seems Ms. Kalner learned nothing from her experience during the times of Hitler. She is so full of hate she can not put today’s events into perspective and understand how far America has come. It is so sad there are people like Ms. Kalner out there who continue to sow the seeds of hatred.

Growing up in Germany does not mean that you have Lori's knowledge knowledge of that time (unless you were born before 1933, and can also state that you witnessed the propaganda used to bring Hitler to power, and have so many follow him). Lori is 86 or 87 yrs old today, and she lived during that time.

She compares today's use of propaganda that has been going on HERE in the US for a long time, to that used then. That isn't hate, anonymous 216.31.211.11 from Irvine CA, and it isn't spreading hate. It is an attempt to wake people up, so that they begin to think, and not rely on polls and slick soundbytes to make decisions.

Lori is not filled with hate. On the contrary, speaking about things that are wrong is one of the very things that we are supposed to do, as human beings, and also as Christians.

If you are Catholic, it is one of the Spiritual Works of Mercy that you should have learned long ago. If you are not, but are Jewish or Christian, you can see that God sent many prophets to bring people to repentance and to turn them back to Him.

If you have read Scripture, and are Christian, you can see that Jesus did the same... He warned us, He admonished us, He called people to repent and turn away from evil, He even called some Hypocrites, Whited Sepulchres, Brood of Vipers, and more. ONCE, He even used a whip to drive out money-changers, and overturned their tables in anger!

Certainly you do not think that Jesus was spreading fear, sowing seeds of hatred?

As for spreading fear... when I hear the left tell older people over and over that the Republicans will endanger their Social Security, etc... I often think that they are the ones spreading fear.

Lori Kalner compares the times and events that we are living in (where our newspapers, etc) are BLATANTLY pro-Obama, some even admittedly... are not speaking truth/news, but opinion on our media. Opinion that is designed to influence people. Opinion deguised as news, designed to sway opinion toward one viewpoint.

Spreading hatred and fear is also what has gotten many to believe that the 'enemy' is 'the Right Wing Fanatics'--which is what Hillary Clinton used for almost the entire time that her husband was running for President and while he was President... almost anytime something came out about them that was not "good news".

One man asks a question of a candidate who came to him, at his home, and gov't computers are used to look into his life, his divorce, his taxes, his complete background, and makes it public knowledge... solely because he asked a question that caused that candidate to give an answer that indicated a possible socialist value of that candidate...and HE is made out to be the bad guy? One news caster questions another Candidate on this issue, and SHE is cut off from any future interviews, along with the station she works for?

Surely you noticed that....? No?

Lori is not speaking in hatred. She is speaking out in order to wake us up. Time to take off the rose-colored glasses and look around....

By the way, she is MRS Kalner. MS is a made-up term which means ... nothing.

God bless!
