Legislation to Repeal Wisconsin's Law to Prohibit Abortion

Will Have a Public Hearing on February 27

Our greatest fears are coming true! Legislation (SB 398) to repeal Wisconsin's long-standing law to prohibit abortions (s.940.04) is now advancing through the legislature! A public hearing will be held on SB 398 on Wednesday, February 27 in Room 411 South of the State Capitol in Madison .


Planned Parenthood is desperate to keep Wisconsin 's abortion mills open. They know that when Roe v Wade is overturned, s.940.04 will come back into effect and Wisconsin's abortion clinics will be out of business!


Planned Parenthood will be mobilizing hundreds of people to come to the hearing in support of SB 398. You are needed at this hearing to register opposition to SB 398. We will have "Save 940.04" buttons for you to wear and our staff will be there to assist you in registering in opposition to SB 398.


FREE bus transportation will be available from Milwaukee (with stops in Waukesha and Jefferson counties) and from Green Bay with stops in Appleton , Oshkosh and Fond du Lac .
