Happy New Year from BlogsforTerri!
There is exciting news about Blogs4Life ( www.blogs4life.com), the Second Annual Conference of Pro-Life Bloggers (Jan. 22, 2007).
We are privileged to announce that Bobby Schindler, Terri Schiavo's brother, will be one of the conference speakers. Bobby works full-time for the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation and is an outspoken pro-life advocate, specifically in opposition to the euthanasia movement, activist judges and pro-death healthcare workers.
Bobby will be joined at the podium by the following group of well-know pro-life leaders :
- Jill Stanek (pro-life leader/blogger and WorldNetDaily Columnist)
- Joe Scheidler (Founder, Pro-Life Action League)
- Ramesh Ponnuru (author of the Party of Death, National Review Online Editor)
In addition, we've just received word that Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) will address the conference in person.
The one-day event will take place on January 22nd, 2007 (in two weeks!) prior to and after the annual March for Life in Washington DC. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Family Research Council, the conference is located just a few blocks from the March at the FRC's headquarters.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals and organizations to network with bloggers and develop an understanding about how weblog technology can be strategically used to promote life and turn ideas into action. It is also a unique occasion for bloggers to meet face to face and brainstorm about how to work together more effectively.
Please check out the conference website: http://www.blogs4life.com and register if you are able to attend . Even if you are unable to attend, we would appreciate your help in promoting the event via a post or a link (please help).
We hope to see at the conference!
