Breaking News from Greta Van Susteren

Listening in the background to Fox News, they broke in with a news alert. Greta was announcing that Joran Van Der Sloot's parents and Joran had been coming to the US for an interview. As they touched down on US soil, each was served with papers for a Civil Suit.

So, as the plane carrying Joran touched down, he was handed the paper...

It is from Natalie Holloways' parents' attorney, and was not made public until all were served.
Apparently they wanted it done at the same time so that Joran's father could not alert his son not to come, so it was coordinated, and also filmed for evidence. They could not be served unless they were IN the US, on our soil.

Not sure what time the announcement came on, as I have been busy since then, but wanted to get this on my blog so if anyone reads it and is interested, they can watch her show at 9 PM ET. She will have more on this story on her program.
