The new Archbishop of St. Louis might be announced, and Bishop D'Arcy is expected to publish a statement."

I can hardly wait for either one of these two to happen!

Sr Rosalind Moss and many others have been praying about the Archbishop appointment ever since Archbishop Burke was called to Rome...and I am hoping that Bishop D'Arcy has a statement that is strongly and authentically Catholic in defense of LIFE when he speaks about Obama's invitation to speak at the Commencement and the honorary law degree that Notre Dame intends to bestow upon him when he is there.

I am HOPING that he supports the many people who have said that this should be cancelled. Obama has blatantly acted against Catholic beliefs in his first 2 months as President, and should not be honored this way at a Catholic University.
