Pride and Arrogance
Pride and Arrogance is all I see in many photos of the President, and it seems more so since he won the election. Pride and Arrogance.
I once had no idea when someone told me that a certain member of my immediate family was 'arrogant'. I had never seen that in this individual. Yet over time, as I watched, I saw how his head tilted back, and nose in the air enabled him not to 'see' me, since I am a foot shorter than he. If he did not 'see' me, he did not need to respond to me, either. I finally saw the Arrogance our counselor had seen...
Pride and Arrogance. Isn't that essentially the Sin of Lucifer, which ultimately caused his Rebellion?
Ah, well... it is what struck me most when I viewed this article, and saw the photo:
White House reacts to critics of Obama's Notre Dame honors
To limit the 'critics' to 'one group' is truly amazing in its deception. 70 Bishops, Archbishops, and Cardinals have spoken out against it, and over 362,600 individuals have signed the petition against it. Outside groups have been protesting at ND.

Pride and Arrogance.
Isn't that also the great faults that many of us battle? Yes, but the key word is 'battle'. Most fight against it. Some embrace it.

By the way... if he is supposed to look "PRESIDENTIAL" in that photo and in others, it fails. Presidential is not arrogance.
