An embryo IS, by definition, a developing fertilized egg. It IS a human being with 46 chromosomes, distinctly different from its mother or its father.

Dr Gupta, how could you NOT catch what the man said and correct it? This is basic biology! You are a man of science. In order to become an MD, you had to take a myriad of science courses! How could you MISS this?

Sad, very sad. And worse is that many will probably never think past the fact that Bill Clinton supports embryonic stem cell research...
