Breaking News Appeal again turned down;Gov Bush spoke

Will post more when I get it from Fox News, but on the TV right now, they have made the announcement shortly after Gov Bush began to speak that the Appeals Court has refused to hear the case in front of the entire panel of 12. But Gov Bush has said that another MD has examined the records and has said that TERRI IS MISDIAGNOSED.

He is calling on the Florida congressional branch to pass the legislation currently being debated, and more will be forthcoming....
